Jade MacRae is an artist and songwriter known for her rich vocal tone and hands on approach to arranging her own material. Classically trained on piano and violin at the Sydney Conservatorium Of Music, she released two highly acclaimed pop R'n'B albums in the mid 2000s. The 2010s brought forth an alt pop analog synth adventure under the moniker Dune, before Jade returned in 2020 under her own name with Handle Me With Care, a soulful throwback The Guradian called "the perfect comback vehicle". Her latest release is the gritty soul driven collection "In My Veins" which features longtime collaborators and friends Joe Bonamassa, Kirk Fletcher and Lachy Doley. Jade is one of the lead singers and main contributing songwriters for Melbourne funk/disco juggernaut Mondo Freaks, who celebrated the release of their highly anticipated debut self titled album in 2025
